Krafts Overseas

Our office for Krafts Overseas is at 35/3, West Patel Nagar. If you’ve ever been to West Patel Nagar, you know it’s a packed area with a lot of energy. We’re tucked into a building that’s seen its fair share of history. The space inside is mostly dedicated to our desks and the storage we need for our files and samples. It’s not a place built for luxury. It’s built for work. We have a small pantry where we make tea, which is pretty much the heart of the office some days. There’s always someone coming in or going out, and the phone seems to ring at the most inconvenient times. We’ve had to reorganize the layout a few times as we’ve brought in more equipment, but we’ve finally found a way that works. It’s a bit of a maze sometimes, but it’s our maze. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just do our work and talk to our customers directly. West Patel Nagar is a great location because everything we need is within walking distance. We’ve been here long enough that the local shopkeepers know our names. We don't try to be something we’re not. We’re just a small group of people working hard at 35/3 to keep things running smoothly. Each day brings its own set of little problems to solve, and we just get on with it.
