We are located in the Dda Market at 115 Vikaspuri, C-Block. It’s a busy little market area where everyone knows everyone. Our shop is full of all kinds of home appliances, from small things for the kitchen to bigger units. It gets a bit crowded inside because we try to keep a lot of stock on hand. There’s always someone coming in to ask about a spare part or to see if we can fix something that stopped working at their house. The floor is usually a bit dusty because the doors stay open to the market street. We have a small counter where we handle the billing and talk to the customers. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s more of a practical store where you can see the machines up close. Sometimes we have boxes stacked up in the aisle when a new delivery arrives. In the evenings, the market gets really loud with people shopping and cars trying to park. We just stay busy with the repairs and the sales. My hands are often a bit dirty from checking out some old motor or a leaky pipe. We don’t use any fancy systems, just a simple way of keeping track of what’s what. It’s a neighborhood shop where people come because they live nearby and need their appliances looked at. We just do the work as it comes and try to help people out.
