Stead Fast Merchants

Over here at Eg-68 in Inderpuri, things stay pretty steady for us at Stead Fast Merchants. Inderpuri is an interesting mix of houses and small businesses, so there is always something happening on the street. Our place isn't anything special to look at from the outside. It’s just a ground floor unit where we keep all our stock and handle the daily orders. We’ve been operating out of this address for a good number of years. Most of our day is spent checking inventory, talking to suppliers on the phone, and making sure the deliveries are ready. Sometimes the rain makes the street a bit messy, but we manage. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s just us doing our merchant work. We like the neighborhood because everything is close by. You won’t find any glossy brochures here. We just have our ledgers and our products. People know us as the guys at Eg-68. We try to be fair and just do our jobs without making a big scene. Some days the phones don't stop ringing and other days it’s quiet enough to actually clean the shelves. We take it as it comes. It’s a decent way to make a living in this part of the city. We don't plan on moving anywhere else anytime soon because this spot works just fine for us and our customers seem to like it here. It is just a simple way of life for us.
