You can find us at F-302 in Karampura. It’s a pretty standard setup here. We spend a lot of time handling water filters and parts that go into those systems. It’s not the most exciting work, but it keeps us busy every day. The office isn't very big, mostly filled with boxes and equipment waiting to be moved or installed somewhere. Karampura is a tight-knit area, so we see many of the same faces walking by our door. We’ve been here long enough that the surroundings feel very familiar. Usually, the phone rings with someone asking about a filter change or a leak they can't stop. We don’t have a big marketing team or a polished showroom. It’s just us working with what we have. Sometimes the place gets a little messy with all the tubes and wrenches, but we try to keep things organized enough to find what we need. It’s practical work. We deal with water issues and make sure the machines are doing what they are supposed to do. The weather in Karampura can get pretty hot, so we’re always thinking about water. It’s a simple operation. We show up, handle the requests that come in, and go about our business. There’s no corporate ladder here, just a group of people who know how these systems work. It’s a steady pace most of the week. We like being in this part of town. It feels like home after all this time. We just keep our heads down and do the work.
