Our business is set up in Khyala Village, specifically at Wz-192, which is not far from Tilak Nagar. Working in a village area like this means we are right in the middle of a tight-knit community. It is a busy place with narrow lanes and a lot of small shops and houses all mixed together. We deal with steel, so there is often the sound of metal being moved around our premises. Our space is not very large, but we use every inch of it for storing and processing our materials. It can get quite loud during the day when we are in the middle of a task. We have a few guys from the neighborhood who work with us. We have been operating out of this Khyala location for many years, and we have seen the area change quite a bit. It is not a fancy industrial park; it is just a regular spot where we do our work. Most of our customers come from the nearby markets or through word of mouth. We do not have a website or do any big marketing. We just open up in the morning, see what needs to be delivered, and get to work. Sometimes the trucks have a hard time navigating the small streets to get to us, but we have figured out how to make it work over time. It is just us, doing our bit in the steel trade, day in and day out.
