K. S. Exports (I)

K. S. Exports (I) is over at A3/253 in Janakpuri. If you know Delhi, you know Janakpuri is a huge place with lots of different blocks and markets. Our spot is tucked away in a busy section. We handle exports, so there’s always a lot of packing and labeling happening on the floor. The rooms are filled with boxes of different sizes waiting to go out to the port. It’s not the kind of place where you’d see fancy carpets or glass walls. It’s a working office through and through. We have a few computers that have seen better days and a lot of pens that always seem to run out of ink when you need them. The staff here is small, just a few of us trying to keep everything organized. We spend a lot of time talking to cargo agents and making sure the documentation is right for the customs guys. It can be a headache sometimes, but we’ve been doing it long enough to not let it get to us. The street outside is always full of cars and people walking to the local shops nearby. Sometimes the electricity goes out and we just sit and wait or work by the windows for a bit. We don't make a big deal out of what we do. We just make sure the goods get where they need to go. It’s a straightforward business in a very crowded part of the city.
