Jobs Aspire

You can find us at A-49 in Janta Colony. We are tucked away in Raghuveer Nagar, which is over by Rajauri Garden in New Delhi. The business is called Jobs Aspire. We spend our time here looking at resumes and talking to people about where they might want to work next. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we do. The office is in a pretty normal residential and commercial mix area. It’s often noisy outside with the traffic and people going about their business. We don't have a fancy lobby or any of those things you see in big corporate offices. It’s just a few rooms with desks and some chairs for people to sit while they wait. We started this because we wanted to work for ourselves and help people in the area. There’s no big philosophy behind it. We just look at what’s available and see if someone fits the role. Sometimes it works out well, and sometimes it doesn't. We don't use any marketing tricks or pretend we have all the answers. It’s just honest, everyday work in New Delhi. Most of us who work here live nearby, so we don't have a long commute. We like being in Rajauri Garden because it’s always lively. If you come by Janta Colony, you’ll see we’re just a regular group of people doing our best to run a small business.
