Jindal Saw

Our office is in Najafgarh, right at RZ 92 in D Block. If you have ever been to this part of Delhi, you know how tight the streets can be and how much traffic there is. We are part of the Jindal Saw team here. It is a small space, nothing like those big glass towers you see in Gurgaon or Noida. We are right in the thick of it. The noise from the street is always there, but you stop noticing it after a few days. We have a few rooms where we handle the administrative side of things. It’s a practical place. We have some old fans that hum all day and a lot of registers. We don’t use much jargon or have big strategy sessions. We just see what needs to be done that day and we do it. Whether it is checking on a delivery or sorting out some local issues, we stay busy. The area around RZ 92 is full of small shops and houses, so we feel like a part of the neighborhood. We get our lunch from the local stalls or bring it from home. It is a very unpretentious way to work. We don't have a fancy website or anything like that. We just focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the Delhi chaos. It works for us and has for years. We just keep our heads down and work hard every single day.
