Jindal Group

Our office is tucked away in Janakpuri West, at House No. 165 in Pocket 2. It’s a residential block, so it’s quieter than the main markets. Jindal Group operates out of this C2C block where you can see kids playing or neighbors talking in the evenings. We like the pace here. It’s not as frantic as central Delhi. Inside, the rooms have been turned into workspaces. We have a few computers and some benches. It feels more like a home than a cold office building. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small nameplate so people don't get lost. Most of our day is spent on the phone or working through spreadsheets. We don't have any formal meetings with fancy presentations. We just sit around the main table and talk about what needs to be done. If someone wants a coffee, they usually make it themselves in the small kitchen area. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but we haven't gotten around to it yet because we are focused on the work. It’s a decent place to spend the day. We know the postman and the guy who sells fruit down the street. It’s a very local way of doing business. We aren't looking to expand into a giant tower. This house in Janakpuri serves us just fine and keeps us grounded in the community.
