People often ask what we do here at Jindal Group in East Block. Honestly, we just show up every morning and get through the list of tasks. Nangloi is a crowded area, especially this part of Delhi, so there is always noise from the street coming into the office. We don't have a big glass front or anything. It is just a plain door in the block. Inside, we have some old wooden desks and a few chairs that have seen better days. It is a real place where work happens, not some showroom. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years, so we all know each other's habits. We drink a lot of tea and try to stay organized, even when the paperwork starts piling up. It is not always smooth, but we find a way to make it work. The neighbors are mostly other small businesses or families, so it feels like a community. If you come by, you might find us arguing over where the stapler went or trying to fix the printer again. We don't have a fancy reception area. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting closest to the door. That is how we have always done things. It is simple and it keeps the overhead low. We don't see the need to change just to look more modern. We like things the way they are here.
