If you head over to Shanti Market in Ghaziabad and look for shop number 4, you’ll find us there at Jagdamba Bartan Bhandaar. This market is always humming with people looking for things for their homes. Our shop is packed tight with all sorts of utensils. We have everything from those tiny tea strainers to huge pressure cookers and tiffin boxes. It is quite a sight when the sun hits the steel and everything starts glowing. We don't have much room to move around because we try to keep as much stock as possible on the shelves. Sometimes customers have to wait a minute while we climb up to get something from the top rack. We don't use any fancy sales tactics or anything. People just come in, feel the weight of a pan, and decide if it’s what they want. We’ve been here for years, and we’ve seen kids grow up and come back to buy stuff for their own kitchens. It is a nice feeling to be part of the community like that. The market can get really crowded on the weekends, making it hard to even walk down the aisle, but we like the energy of it. We just keep things simple, count our stock by hand, and make sure we have what people are looking for. It’s just a normal shop run by normal people who know their pots and pans.
