Hric Planman

You can find Hric Planman over at 73, Sunshine Apartments. We are in the A-3 Block of Paschim Vihar, New Delhi-110063. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than being right on the main road. The office feels more like a home than a workplace sometimes, which we actually like. We have been set up here for a while, dealing with human resources and planning things out for various people. We do not have a big shiny sign or a glass building. It is just an apartment where we get our work done. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we often walk to work or take a short rickshaw ride. We keep things pretty simple. There is a lot of talk about hiring and people management, but we just look at it as helping folks find the right spot to work. We drink a lot of coffee and spend a lot of time on our computers. Sometimes the elevators in the building are a bit slow, but we do not mind the wait. It gives us a chance to chat with the neighbors or the delivery guys. We are not trying to be the biggest company in Delhi. We just want to do our job well and go home. Paschim Vihar is a nice place to be based, and the atmosphere in our little block is usually quite friendly and relaxed.
