We have a lot of different things packed into the space—fridges, washing machines, and smaller stuff like toasters. It can get a bit crowded in here, especially when a new shipment comes in. We don't have a big team, just a few of us who know how these machines work. We aren't some big chain store with matching uniforms. We just wear what's comfortable and talk to the neighbors when they come in. If something is broken, we try to help figure out what’s wrong. We’ve seen a lot of people from around Uttam Nagar come through our doors over the years. We know most of the faces. The shop is on a busy street, so there is always noise from the rickshaws and cars. We don't really do much advertising. People just know we are here at Om Vihar. We keep the prices fair and just try to be honest about what we have in stock. It’s a simple business, and we like it that way. No stress, just selling appliances and helping people out with their homes. We open up early and usually stay until late evening. It’s just what we do here in Uttam Nagar and it works for us.
