Our center is located at 96 C, in a single-storey building on the second floor over in Ramesh Nagar. It’s pretty easy to find if you’re familiar with this part of New Delhi and the local landmarks. At Frankfinn Institute of Airhostess Training, we spend our days with young people who are very hopeful about getting into the aviation industry. The classrooms are basic but they have what we need to show them the ropes. Since we are on the second floor, we get a bit of a view of the street below, which is always full of people and cars. It’s a lot of work, teaching them how to carry themselves and handle different situations on a plane. We don't use a lot of corporate talk here; we just tell the students the reality of the job. It’s hard work and involves very long hours. Our staff stays busy preparing lessons or talking to parents who come in with a lot of questions about their children's futures. The office part of the floor is often a bit messy with flyers and enrollment forms, but we know where everything is. We’ve been in Ramesh Nagar for a while, and it’s a good spot because of the metro connectivity being so close. Most days are a whirlwind of classes and meetings. We just keep our heads down and do the training as best as we can without making it sound like a dream world. It is practical training for a real career.
