Our place of work is over at 40-B in the JG-1 block of Vikas Puri. It is a typical New Delhi spot, right in the middle of everything in the 110018 area. We do a lot of research and information services here. It is mostly just us sitting at our desks looking through data and finding what people need. The office is not too big, but it fits us all comfortably enough. Sometimes it gets a bit loud with the traffic outside, especially during the morning and evening rush hours. We have got a routine down where we start early and try to get through the pile of requests as they come in. There is a tea stall not far from the building where a few of us go when we need a quick break from looking at the computer screens. It is not some high-tech lab, just a room with computers and people who know how to find things. We have been in this part of Vikas Puri for a while now. Most people around here know the building. The work is mostly quiet, just digging into information for different clients who ask for it. We do not really do much advertising or anything like that. People just find us through word of mouth or if they need specific research done. It is a decent place to work, and we all get along well enough. Just regular people doing research work in New Delhi. That is pretty much the story of Egon Zehnder here in our small office space where we work.
