Effort Bpo

Effort Bpo is over in Tilak Nagar at Wz-28 Mukhram Park Extension. The zip code is 110018. It is a very busy area with lots of shops and people everywhere. Our office is tucked away in the extension part. It is not a huge building with a glass front. Instead it is more of a practical space where we can fit all our equipment. We have rows of desks and everyone has their own headset. It gets quite loud when everyone is on a call at the same time. We don't have much room for decorations or anything fancy. There are just some old posters on the walls. We work in shifts so there is always someone coming or going. The tea man comes around a few times a day and that is usually the highlight for us. Tilak Nagar has a lot of traffic so getting here can be a struggle sometimes. We have been in this spot for a bit and we know the neighbors well. It is a lot of hard work and the hours can be long. We don't have a big corporate culture with retreats or anything like that. We just come in, do the shifts, and go home. It is a straightforward way to earn a living and we just keep at it every day in Mukhram Park. That is our daily life here.
