Eastern Exports

Our place is located at 71/1-B in the Industrial Area on Najafgarh Road. If you know the area, it’s mostly factories and big warehouses around here. Eastern Exports has been operating out of this unit for a while. It’s a bit noisy during the day because of all the trucks moving in and out, but we’re used to it. The office is right inside the gate. We spend most of our time tracking shipments and talking to suppliers. It’s not the kind of place with carpets or nice paintings on the walls. It’s just desks, computers, and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on getting things out the door on time. Sometimes the traffic on Najafgarh Road makes things difficult for the loaders, but we manage. We have a few guys who have been with us since the start. We mostly drink tea and look over spreadsheets. There isn't much to say about the building itself, it's just a standard industrial block. We do a lot of back-and-forth emails with people overseas. It gets busy around the end of the month. We aren't trying to be anything we aren't. We just run a simple export operation and try to stay on top of the daily tasks. It keeps us busy enough. Sometimes the power goes out, but that's just life in this part of town.
