We operate out of B-157-B in Mansarover Garden. It’s a decent-sized place, but we’ve managed to fill every square inch with something or other. The neighborhood is mostly residential with a lot of small businesses mixed in. We’ve got a small team here. Most of our day is spent talking to suppliers or checking the quality of the things we’re importing. It’s not a very quiet office; there’s always someone talking on the phone or the sound of a printer going off. The floor is tiled and easy to clean, which is good because people are always coming and going. We have a small table in the corner where we sit for lunch, usually sharing whatever we’ve brought from our homes. The street outside can get pretty jammed up in the evenings, so we try to get our deliveries out before the rush starts. We don’t really bother with any fancy furniture or decor. The shelves are plain metal and they do the job just fine. Sometimes we lose track of time because there are no big windows in the main work area. It’s an honest day’s work for us. We just focus on getting the orders right and making sure the inventory is counted correctly. It’s been our base for years, and we know all the delivery guys by name. We just try to keep things simple and keep the work moving along every single day. We are here from morning until the sun goes down.
