We are based over in Uttam Nagar, handling HR stuff for different companies. Our place is not hard to find if you know the area. It’s mostly about screening people and helping businesses find staff. We have a few rooms where we talk to candidates. It is pretty basic. We have desks, some chairs, and a lot of paper files. We have been in this part of New Delhi for quite a while. People know us as the place to go if they are looking for work or if they need someone to help with hiring. We don't do anything flashy. It's just about matching the right person to the right job. Sometimes we have a long line of people waiting, especially on Mondays. The office can be a bit noisy because of the traffic outside on the main road. We just get on with it. We are a small group of people who understand how the local market works. It’s not a corporate headquarters with a lobby. It’s just an office where work gets done. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through the door. It’s a decent living and we like being part of the community here in 110059. We spend a lot of time on the phone and checking emails. It's not fancy, but it works for us and for the people we help every day. We are just regular people working in a regular office space. We take breaks when we can and try to keep a good atmosphere in the room.
