Continental Machines

We are over in Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-1, specifically at B-8/1. If you know the area, you know it’s full of workshops and people getting their hands dirty. That’s exactly how it is for us at Continental Machines. The floor is usually covered in some kind of metal shavings or oil, and there’s always a machine humming in the background. We don’t have a big reception area with fancy chairs. Mostly, it’s just a small space with a couple of chairs where we sit down to talk about the jobs we have on hand. The lighting is a bit dim in some corners, but we have lamps over the workbenches where it matters. We’ve been at this for a long time, so we don't need to look at manuals much anymore. We just know how these machines sound when they’re working right and when they aren’t. Our clothes usually have a few stains on them by lunch, which is just part of the trade. We take our breaks together, usually sitting on whatever is available, talking about the work or just the weather. It’s a loud place, but it’s our place. Being in Mayapuri means we are right in the middle of everything, which is handy when we need parts or need to send something out. We just keep our heads down and stay busy from Monday to Saturday, making sure the machines keep running.
