We are located at 8/21 Subhash Nagar, right near the Ramleela Ground in Patel Nagar South. It’s a pretty easy place to find once you know the area. We’ve been set up here for quite a while now. The space isn't huge, but it fits everything we need to run the business day to day. We handle a variety of items and orders, mostly just keeping things organized and getting them out to people who need them. Sometimes it gets a bit loud outside when there are events at the ground, but we’re used to it. The shop is usually open six days a week. We don't have a big team, just a few people who know the ropes and get the work done. You'll often see us moving boxes around or checking inventory in the back. It’s a practical kind of place. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signage. Most people who come here are regulars from around the neighborhood or folks who have been coming to us for years. We try to be helpful when people walk in with questions. If the door is open, someone is usually inside working on something. It's just a straightforward operation here in Subhash Nagar. We like the spot because it’s central and people know where to find us. We don't see any reason to change how we do things after all this time.
