City X-Ray & Scan Clinic

Our place, City X-Ray & Scan Clinic, is located at 5A/34 Najafgarh Road Tilak Nagar. It’s right there where the road is always packed with traffic. We’ve been here for quite some time now, and the building has seen a lot of people come and go. Working in a scan clinic means you see people when they are a bit stressed. We try to just be normal and talk to them like neighbors. The machines we use are big and take up most of the space in the back rooms. We have to keep things very clean, which takes up a lot of our time every morning and evening. Sometimes the phones won’t stop ringing and other times it’s oddly quiet for an hour. We don’t have a fancy reception desk or anything like that. It’s just a counter where we take down names and give out reports. It gets hot in the summer, so the fans are always on full blast. We just focus on getting the X-rays done right so the doctors have what they need. Most of the staff has been here for years, so we know how each other works. It’s a small team, and we just do our best to keep the clinic running smoothly day after day. We don't worry about being the biggest or the most popular, we just worry about being here when someone from the street walks in needing help.
