Butiyas Handicraft

Butiyas Handicraft is based at 49 Paschim Vihar, specifically in Pocket-2 of Paschim Pur. This is where we make and keep all our handmade items. It is not a factory. It is more like a small workshop where a few of us sit and work on different crafts. The space is filled with wood shavings, pieces of fabric, and various tools. We have been in Paschim Vihar for quite a while. The neighbors are used to the sounds of us working. We make things like carved boxes, small statues, and home decor items. Each piece takes time, so we do not have thousands of things ready at once. It is a slow process, but that is how handicrafts are supposed to be. My family has been doing this kind of work for generations, and we just kept it going here in this pocket of the city. We do not have a big storefront with glass windows. You have to know we are here to find us. Usually, people call ahead or just drop by if they live in the area. We have stacks of finished goods in one corner and raw materials in the other. It gets a bit crowded, especially when we have a big project going on. We do not use much machinery, mostly just our hands and some basic tools. It is quiet work, and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on making things.
