We've been here at J-Block in Vikaspuri for a while now. It's a busy spot in Delhi, and our office is right in the DDA local shopping complex at number 51. Most days it's just us handling orders and talking to hospitals or clinics about what they need. We deal with surgical items mainly. It's not fancy work, but it needs to get done right because doctors rely on these tools. Sometimes the traffic outside gets loud and the parking is a mess, but we stay focused on checking the boxes and making sure the inventory is correct. We started small years ago. Now we have a bit more space, but it still feels like a local shop where you can just walk in and ask a question. People around here know us as the place for medical gear. We don't spend much on ads or anything like that. Word of mouth usually brings people to our door. We keep things simple. If someone needs a specific surgical supply, we look through our stock and tell them straight if we have it or not. No point in wasting anyone's time. The team here is small, mostly locals who live nearby and take the bus or ride their scooters in. We know the roads well and how to get things delivered across the city when the weather is okay. It’s just daily life for us, keeping the shelves stocked and the paperwork moving. We’re happy being part of the Vikaspuri community. It's a solid place to be.
