We are over in West Patel Nagar, specifically at number 26. It’s a busy part of Patel Nagar, and we’ve been here at Bernard Surgical & Scientific for quite a while now. Our shop is full of all kinds of medical and scientific equipment. It’s the kind of place where you’ll see boxes of gloves, glass beakers, and surgical tools stacked up on the shelves. We don't have a flashy showroom. It’s more of a functional space where doctors, lab techs, and students come to get what they need. We spend a lot of time checking inventory and making sure we have the right items in stock. If we don’t have something, we try to find out when it’s coming in. It can get a bit cluttered inside, but we know where everything is. We aren't interested in sounding like a big corporation. We are just a local supplier that people in the medical field rely on. Some days are slow and we spend them organizing the back room, while other days everyone seems to need something at the same time. We just talk to our customers plainly and try to help them find the specific tool or supply they are looking for. It’s a steady way to spend the day, and we like being part of the Patel Nagar community for so many years now. We just do our best to keep the shelves stocked and the orders going out.
