Aum Impex

Aum Impex is based out of 59-D in the Sunder Apartments complex, which is part of GH/10 in Paschim Vihar. It is a residential area, so it is a bit quieter than the main commercial hubs, which we actually prefer. We use the space to run our import and export operations. It is basically just an office setup inside the apartment block. We have been here for a while and the neighbors know us. It is not the kind of place where you will find a big neon sign or a fancy lobby. Usually, it is just us working through piles of documents and making calls to track shipments. Since we are in Paschim Vihar, it feels more like a home-grown business. We handle a variety of items, and the inventory sometimes takes up more room than we would like, so we have to stay organized. It is a simple way of working. We do not have a lot of walk-in traffic because of the location, so most of our business happens over the phone or through emails. We try to keep things straightforward. If there is a problem with a shipment, we just deal with it and move on. We are not trying to be the biggest company out there, just trying to do our job well from our little corner in Sunder Apartments. It works for us and we have made a decent go of it so far without any big corporate drama.
