Our factory is located at Plot No. 54/14-A on Rama Road. We are quite easy to spot because we are right near the Ayappa Swamy Temple. Rama Road is a busy industrial stretch in Delhi, and we’ve been part of it for a long time. We work with steel, which means our place is always humming with the sound of saws and grinders. It’s a tough environment and it’s definitely not a place for clean clothes. There is metal dust everywhere and the smell of industrial oil. We don't have a big management team sitting in air-conditioned rooms. Most of us are out on the floor making sure the steel is cut and shaped the way it needs to be. The plot is a good size, but we use every inch of it for storage and machinery. We see the temple every day when we come in, and it’s a nice landmark for our visitors. We don't use any fancy language to describe what we do. We just take orders for steel work and we get them done. It involves a lot of heavy lifting and careful work with the machines. Some days are harder than others, especially when the heat in Delhi gets really bad. We just keep our heads down and focus on the steel. It’s what we know and what we’ve always done here on Rama Road.
