Ashoka Steel Traders

You can find Ashoka Steel Traders over at Rz-124, right on Tilak Pul Road in Uttam Nagar. We are tucked in near Indra Park. It’s a lively neighborhood, and we’ve become a bit of a fixture here. We mostly deal with steel supplies for local builders and people fixing up their houses. The shop is pretty small, but we cram as much stock in as we can. It’s usually just a few of us here, and things can get pretty hectic when a big truck arrives to unload. We don’t have a website or anything like that; we just talk to people face-to-face. Sometimes we have to hunt through the stacks to find exactly what a customer is looking for, but we usually have the basics. The road outside can get pretty jammed up, especially in the evenings, but that’s just life in Uttam Nagar. We’ve known some of our customers for years, and they just drop by when they need something. We don't do much in the way of fancy displays. It's just steel, plain and simple. We work six days a week, and by Sunday, we're usually pretty tired. But come Monday morning, we're back at it, opening the shutters and getting the scales ready. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. We just keep our heads down and focus on providing whatever metal the locals need for their projects.
