Our place is in Uttam Nagar, right near the Allahabad Bank at Wz-1 in Bindapur. It’s a busy area and the roads can be a bit narrow, so it’s sometimes hard to find a parking spot. We have a small factory setup here. It isn't anything fancy to look at from the outside. Inside, we have our machines and the materials we use daily. We started out small and stayed that way mostly. There are a handful of us working here. We usually start pretty early in the morning before it gets too hot. The noise of the machinery is something you just get used to after a while. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone like that. We just do the work as it comes in. Sometimes the deliveries are late or the power goes out, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We keep our records in big ledgers and on an old computer in the corner. It’s a simple operation. Most of the people around here know us as the guys who are always busy in the workshop. We don't really have a showroom. If you want to see what we do, you just have to walk into the back. It’s messy, with scraps and tools everywhere, but that’s how a real workshop looks. We just try to get the sizes right and make sure the products are solid.
