A.S. Sukhwinder Steel Fabricators

Our fabrication shop is over at Plot No 2865/2 in Old Moti Nagar, not too far from the Hari Om Mandir. You can usually hear the sound of the grinders and the welding machines before you even see the sign. We work with steel, making gates, railings, and whatever else people need for their homes or businesses. The shop is full of raw metal beams and scraps of steel. It’s a bit messy, but we know where everything is. The air usually smells like burnt metal and ozone from the welding. We’ve been in this part of Moti Nagar for a long time now. Most of our days are spent measuring, cutting, and joining pieces together. It’s physical work and your back definitely feels it by the end of the day. We don't have a big sales team; it's usually just Sukhwinder or one of the guys answering the phone. People stop by to show us a drawing or just to talk about what they need built. We try to get things done when we say we will, though sometimes the material deliveries are late and that throws everything off. It's a small local operation and we take it one job at a time. The temple nearby provides a bit of peace when things get too hectic in the shop. We just stay focused on the steel and the orders we have to finish. It is just basic metal work.
