You can find Art India at 41598 in East Patel Nagar. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot going on all the time. Our shop has been here for years, and we’ve seen the streets get more crowded every season. We mostly handle different kinds of artistic items and crafts. The space is filled with things we’ve collected and made. It can look a bit disorganized if you’re not used to it, but there’s a system to where everything is placed. We don't spend much time on fancy displays; we just put things out so people can see them. Most of the day is spent either talking to customers or working on new pieces in the back. It’s a small operation, just a few of us who really like what we do. We don’t bother with big advertisements. People usually just wander in because they saw something in the window or heard about us from a neighbor. The building itself is a bit old, and the stairs can be a little creaky, but it has character. We like being in East Patel Nagar because there’s always something happening. It’s just a normal shop run by people who care about what they’re putting out there. We just open up every morning and see what the day brings us in terms of work. It is just our daily routine here in the city.
