Alphabeta Manpower

Alphabeta Manpower is located over at Wz-5 & 5A in the South Ext Part-1 area of Uttam Nagar. It’s a busy corner of New Delhi where there is always something going on with the shops and the street vendors. Our office is a straightforward place where we handle recruitment and staffing stuff. You’ll see a lot of people coming in with their CVs or asking about what jobs are available this week. We sit at our desks, sort through papers, and make a lot of phone calls to different companies and candidates. It’s not a high-end corporate suite; it’s more of a practical workspace where we can actually get things done without too much fuss or decoration. Uttam Nagar is known for being packed with houses, and we are right in the thick of it. Sometimes the noise from the street is quite loud, especially in the evenings, but we are used to it by now. We don't use fancy slogans or try to act like we are some giant global corporation. We are just a local team trying to match people with work that suits them. Most of our day is spent looking at screens or interviewing folks who sit across from us in the small cabins. We keep a pot of tea going and just work through the pile of folders on the desk. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We just take it one candidate at a time and do our best to stay on top of things.
