Ajanta Handicrafts

We are based in MS Block of Hari Nagar. Our address is Wz-491. Ajanta Handicrafts is the name we have been using for a long time. It is a residential area mostly, so it is a bit quieter than being on a main highway. We have a workshop in the back where the actual making happens. There are tools and pieces of wood or fabric everywhere. It is a creative mess, but we know where everything is kept. Hari Nagar is a nice place to be. We have neighbors who have lived here for decades. Sometimes the kids play in the street outside our door. We spend a lot of time working with our hands. It is not the kind of work you can rush. We have a few people who come in to help when we have a big order to finish. We don't have a fancy showroom. If you want to see what we make, you just come into the workspace and look at the tables. It is very informal. We drink a lot of tea and talk while we work. The days can be long, especially when we are trying to get a shipment ready. We like the feeling of making something from scratch. It is a simple life and a simple business. We just try to do a good job with the things we create.
