Started this shop in Maya Puri because it's a busy spot near the Press Colony. We are at Type II 121, just a small place where we handle Airtel stuff. Most days it’s just people coming in because their phone stopped working or they need a new SIM card. Sometimes they have trouble with the documents, so we help them sort that out. It’s not a big fancy office, just a counter and some chairs. The Press Colony area has a lot of people moving around, so we stay pretty busy from morning until evening. We’ve been here for a while now and most of the locals know where to find us if they have a problem with their mobile signal or data plans. It gets a bit noisy outside with the traffic, but inside we just focus on getting the work done. We don't really do big advertising, mostly it's just people telling their neighbors about us.
