Shemba Kranti Agro Producer Company Limited

We are based out of Shemba village. Shemba Kranti Agro Producer Company Limited is run mostly from House Number 134, which belongs to Surendra Madhukar Choudhari. It’s a local operation through and through. We are just a bunch of neighbors who decided to join up to handle our farming business. Being in a place like Shemba, you realize that working alone is a lot harder than working together. We don't have a big fancy office building. We just use the space we have. Most of our time is spent in the fields anyway. The paperwork and the business side of things happen at the house in the evenings. It’s not a perfect system, but it’s ours. We deal with the crops and the markets as best as we can. There are good years and bad years, and we just stick together through them. We aren't trying to be some huge corporation. We just want to make sure our village does okay. You won’t see any marketing people here. It’s just us talking to other farmers and getting things moved. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. If you need us, you just come to the village and ask for Surendra’s place. We’re usually around somewhere, working or taking a break under a tree. We don't have any big secrets, just hard work and a bit of luck with the rain. That is what keeps us going.
