Kakusandha Agrotech Private Limited operates out of Samudrapur in the Wardha district. We are set up at Ravindra Manikrao Zade’s place. It’s a local operation through and through. We focus on the tech side of agriculture, trying to figure out how to make things run a bit smoother for the farmers around here. Wardha is a big place, but Samudrapur feels like home to us. We aren't some big city firm with shiny glass windows. Our office is practical and fits right in with the neighborhood. We spend a lot of time looking at how technology can actually help instead of just making things more confusing for people. A lot of folks around here aren't sure about new gadgets, so we try to keep things down to earth. We talk to people in plain English and Marathi. It’s important that everyone understands what’s going on with their crops. Working in agrotech means we have to stay on our toes. Things change fast, but the land stays the same. We take care of the business side of things so the farmers can focus on their fields. It’s a lot of coordination and phone calls every day. Sometimes it feels like we’re always chasing the clock. But at the end of the day, seeing a good harvest makes the effort worth it. We’re just regular people trying to do something useful for our local area here in Maharashtra.
