Ramdeoagro Farmer Producer Company Limited is over at House Number 7 in Bhatevara, which is in the Sadar area. We are a small group focused on the agro side of things, mostly because that is what everyone in Bhatevara does anyway. Our office is just a house, and that is where we do all our planning and talking. It is a very local operation, and most of us have known each other since we were kids playing in the same fields we now farm. We don't try to act like we are some big corporation from the city. We are just farmers who want to make sure our families are fed and that our crops are healthy. Sadar is a good place for this kind of work, and we stay busy all year round. Whether it is preparing the soil or harvesting, there is always something that needs to be done. We meet up at house number 7 to discuss the everyday problems like water or where to find the best equipment. It is a simple setup but it works for us. We don't have time for anything that isn't practical. Most of our days are spent outside, and we only come inside to handle the necessary bits of running the company. We are just a bunch of regular guys trying to make farming a little bit easier for everyone involved in our group. It is hard work but we wouldn't know what else to do.
