Our group is based out of Wardha, specifically in Kharangana. If you are looking for us, we are at Property No-388 in Morangana. It is a local spot that most people in Arvi-Wardha know. Nandsarthi Farmer Producer Company Limited was put together by folks who actually work the dirt every day. We aren't city people trying to tell farmers what to do. We are the farmers. Most days, the place is busy with people coming in to talk about their harvests or what’s happening with the water supply. It’s a bit dusty in the summer, but that’s just how it is here in Maharashtra. We keep our records in a simple way and try to help each other out when the prices go up or down. There is no big receptionist or a lobby. You just walk in and talk to whoever is sitting at the desk. We might be drinking some tea or looking over some bills. The address is easy to find if you know the Morangana area well. It’s a small operation, but it keeps us busy from morning until evening. We don’t spend time making fancy flyers. Most of our work is done through word of mouth and standing around the fields. We just want to make sure the work we do in Wardha counts for something at the end of the season. It is just hard work and being honest with each other about the crops.
