Krushi Rang Farmer Producer Company Limited

Krushi Rang Farmer Producer Company Limited is based in Harankhed, near Malkapur. We usually meet up at Latabai Shankar Khachane’s place. We aren’t doing anything fancy here. We’re just a group of farmers who decided it was time to work as a team instead of everyone just doing their own thing. Malkapur has a lot of good people, but farming is never easy. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily chores that come with working the land. We started this producer company because we wanted to have a bit more power when it comes to buying supplies and selling what we grow. It’s not always easy to get everyone on the same page, but we’re trying our best. We don't have any slick marketing or a big corporate office. Our office is the field and our boardroom is someone's porch. We just talk about the things that matter, like the price of cotton or how much rain we might get next week. We’re just regular people from Harankhed who are trying to make a living. It’s a lot of physical work and we often go home tired and dirty. But there’s a sense of pride in knowing that we’re working for ourselves and our neighbors. We aren't looking for anything more than a fair chance to succeed and keep our families fed. It’s a simple goal for a simple group of people.
