You can find the Dashgram group over in Ward No. 11 of Hariram Nagar. We are located in Deoli, within the Wardha district. It’s a practical setup we have here. We don't have a flashy storefront or a big office suite. Instead, we work out of a regular building in the neighborhood. Wardha is a place with a lot of history, and we just try to do our bit for the local farming community. The pin code for our area is 442302. We spend our time coordinating with the different farmers who are part of our group. It’s a lot of back-and-forth, making sure everyone has what they need for the season. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to make sure the work gets done right. The office is usually cluttered with notebooks and maybe some samples of what we are growing. People drop by whenever they have a question or need to sign something. It’s a very informal atmosphere, but we take the work seriously. Deoli is our home, and most of us have lived here all our lives. We know the land and we know the people. That’s really all there is to it. We keep moving forward, one season at a time, without making much of a fuss. The daily grind is what keeps us going, even when things get difficult with the weather.
