Daroda Farmer Producer Company Limited

We are over here in Daroda, which is a small village in the Hinghanghat area. Our group, Daroda Farmer Producer Company Limited, runs out of Dilip Nagaji Pohane’s place. It isn't a big office or anything fancy, just a spot where we get together to figure out the farming stuff for the season. Wardha is our main district, but most of our time is spent right here in the fields around the village. A lot of the folks involved are just local neighbors who have been farming these lands for years. We started this because things were getting a bit tough to handle alone, so now we try to coordinate the work from here. It's mostly about getting the seeds sorted and making sure everyone has what they need when the rain starts. Sometimes it gets a bit chaotic around the harvest time, but we manage. Dilip’s house is basically the center for all our meetings. People just drop by whenever they have a question or if there’s a problem with the crops. We don't really have a set schedule, things just happen when they need to. The soil around here is okay, but you have to work it right. We spend a lot of time talking about the weather and the market prices in Wardha. It’s a quiet life in Tal-Hinghanghat, but there is always plenty of work to do. We aren't doing anything groundbreaking, just keeping the farm work going as a group now.
