Burkul Patil Farmer Producer Company Limited

Our group is based out of Takli Malitaklimali, right at plot 128/1. It is a small place, but it keeps us busy with all the farming activities around here. A bunch of us got together to handle the produce better because doing it alone was getting too difficult. Most days, you will find someone at the office or out in the fields checking on how things are growing. We are not a big corporation with suits and ties or anything like that. We are mostly just farmers who decided to organize things a bit more formally so we can manage what we grow and where it goes. It gets very hectic during harvest season, and the yard gets full of bags and crates waiting to be moved. We spend a lot of time talking to the neighbors and seeing what everyone needs for the next planting season. It is a lot of physical work and sometimes the weather does not play nice, which makes things difficult for everyone. We try to keep our books straight and make sure everyone gets their fair share when the crops are sold at the end of the day. It is not a complicated setup we have here. We have some basic equipment and a place to store things. Living and working in Takli Mali means we know everyone around here. It is about getting the work done.
