Aai Muktai Agro Producer Company Limited

We are located in Kolhadi, which is part of the Bodwad taluka. Aai Muktai Agro Producer Company Limited operates out of a space at Pratibha Madhukar Rane’s place, at Gut Number 33-1. Around here, everyone is pretty much involved in agriculture in one way or another. We decided to put this company together to help manage the logistics of what we grow. It is a lot of work keeping track of everything, especially when you have to balance the field work with the paperwork. We aren't experts in business, but we know our land well. The office is a practical place where we meet to discuss the prices or the costs of what we need for the season. It gets pretty loud sometimes when we are all debating the best way to do things. Being in a place like Bodwad means we are close to the action. We don't spend money on fancy decorations or expensive signs. We’d rather put that into the crops. It's a small operation run by local people who have been farming for generations. We just want to make sure the work we do pays off and that the farms stay healthy. It isn't always pretty, and sometimes we run behind schedule, but that’s just how life is on a farm. We just keep moving forward together. Most of our days start before dawn and end long after the sun goes down, but it is what we chose.
