Raj Tent House

My name is Raj and I run Raj Tent House from my home at H. No -1-58 in Rajol. We have been in Kuravi for quite a few years now. Most of the folks around Warangal know us because we bring the tents and chairs for their family events. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and the sun gets really hot sometimes when we are out in the fields setting up for a big function. We keep all the poles and the colored cloths right here at the house. Sometimes the truck is parked out front and that is how you know we are busy loading up for a wedding. It is not some big company with a fancy office, just us working hard to make sure people have a place to sit and some shade over their heads. My cousins usually help me out when there is a lot of work to do. We don't really do much advertising because word of mouth in the village is enough for us. If you come by Rajol and ask for the tent house, anyone will point you to our door. We just try to be reliable and get the stuff where it needs to go before the guests arrive. It’s a simple life and the work is physical, but we like being part of the local celebrations here. It keeps us connected to everyone in the area.
