Virtue Soft Solutions ( Us Recruiting)

Our office is at 38/39/14/4 in Bapuji Colony. We are located right beside the Lakshmi Narsimha Theatre in the Marripalem area of Visakhapatnam. Because we do US recruiting, we are usually in the office when it’s dark outside. While the theatre is playing movies and the crowds are making noise, we are just starting our day. It’s a bit of a different lifestyle compared to our neighbors. The office isn't anything fancy. We have a few rows of desks and some headsets that have seen a lot of use. We don't have any polished lobby or expensive furniture. It’s just a place where we can sit and talk to people over the phone. Marripalem is a nice enough area, though it can get a bit crowded. We like being near the theatre because it’s easy for everyone to find. We don't use any of those big mission statements or marketing talk. We just focus on finding the right people for the jobs we are given. It takes a lot of patience and many hours of calling. We drink a lot of tea to stay awake during the night. The colony is quiet by the time we finish our work. We aren't looking to be the biggest company, we just want to do our recruiting work properly from our small corner of Vizag.
