HSL is based out in Gandhigram, Tripura. The pincode is 530005. It is a bit different working from here compared to the big metro cities. Things move at a slightly different pace. We’ve got a basic setup where we handle our daily business. It is a local operation, and most of the people who work here live nearby. We don’t have a massive office complex. It is just a plain building with what we need to get the job done. We deal with various logistics and services. There’s a lot of coordination involved. Sometimes the weather out here makes things a bit difficult, especially during the heavy rains. We just manage the best we can. Our desks are usually piled with ledgers and notes. We don't use much fancy software; old-fashioned ways often work better for us. People in Gandhigram know where we are. It is a small community and we like it that way. We don't have any corporate slogans or a mission statement. We just focus on the tasks at hand. Every morning starts with a quick talk about what needs to be finished by evening. It is a very hands-on type of environment. We’ve been here for several years now. The office could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but it is functional enough for our needs. We just keep things simple and honest in how we work every day. No complications.
