We are situated at D.No 7-11-41/1 on Mahatma Gandhi Road. The building is called Panthulugari Meda, which is a pretty well-known landmark in Old Gakuwaka. John Sunder Singh is the one running the show here at Encore Rpo. Visakhapatnam is a busy city, and our street is no exception. There is always a lot of noise and movement outside. We do recruitment work, mainly helping other businesses find the staff they need. It’s a lot of organizing files and talking to people. Our office isn't very large, so things can get a bit cluttered with papers sometimes. We don't use any fancy language or corporate talk. We just speak plainly to the people who come in. The weather here in Vizag can get quite hot, so we rely on our fans a lot. We’ve been at this location for a long time and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. It’s a very practical environment. We don't have a fancy reception area. If you come by, you’ll see us at our desks working. We try to be helpful to everyone who walks through the door. It’s a straightforward business, and we like it that way. Most people find us because they know the Mahatma Gandhi Road area. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every day.
