Aiswary Developers Pvt Ltd is over in Lawsons Bay Colony at 4-50-17. Being in Vizag, especially in this colony, is pretty nice because we aren't too far from the water. Our office is a simple place where we plan out development projects and handle the legal side of building things. We have a big table in the middle where we spread out plans and maps. It gets a bit dusty with all the papers, but that’s just how it goes in a developer's office. We spend a lot of time talking to contractors and checking on how things are moving along at different sites. The office isn't very formal, we mostly just wear regular clothes and drink a lot of tea while we work. Lawsons Bay is a good neighborhood, and it’s usually a bit quieter than the center of the city, which we appreciate. Sometimes we have clients come in to look at drawings, but mostly it's just us and the phones. We’ve been around for a while and have seen the city change quite a bit from our spot here. There’s always another project to think about or some permit that needs to be filed. We just keep at it every day, making sure the work gets finished. It’s a decent life and we’re happy with our little corner of Andhra Pradesh. We just try to stay on top of the schedule.
