We focus on the employment side of things around here. It started because we saw how many people were looking for steady work in Vizag. It’s not a fancy operation. We have some computers, some files, and a lot of patience. People walk in with their papers, and we see what’s available. Sometimes the match is good, sometimes it takes a while. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to help neighbors find a paycheck. The office can get a bit cluttered with all the applications, but we know where everything is. Being in the 530001 area code means we get all sorts of folks coming through. We listen to what they want and tell them what the companies are looking for. It’s a lot of talking. We don’t use those big corporate phrases because they don’t really mean much here on the ground. It’s just us, some tea, and the job boards. That’s how Visakha Jobs stays running.
