Radha Krishna Kandula

I’m Radha Krishna Kandula and I run my operations out of Visakhapatnam, near the Head Office area. Being in the 530001 zip code means I’m right in the middle of things. I’ve lived in Vizag most of my life, so setting up here made sense. It’s not a big company with hundreds of employees. It’s just me and a small space where I keep my records and meet with people. The office is pretty basic. I have a chair, a desk, and a lot of books and papers. Sometimes the humidity makes everything feel a bit heavy, but you get used to it. People stop by when they need something handled. I don't use a lot of fancy tech or complicated systems. I prefer to keep things straightforward. If someone calls, I usually answer it myself. It’s a very hands-on way to work. The street outside can get loud with the buses and autos going by, but it’s a good location for getting things done. I don’t have a lot of marketing stuff because most people who come to me already know who I am. It’s a local life and a local business. I spend a lot of time just making sure the details are right. It’s not glamorous, but it’s what I do. Every day brings something a little different, even if the routine stays the same. I just keep plugging away at it.
